"The manager charged me $ for installing the doorbell flashlight, which wasn't supposed to happen. It is against the ADA. At the end of the lease, they gave me the wrong unit # on the paper so they made it voided and forced to sign the different date and charged me and my roommate monthly premium costs over 4k per month 60 days until we moved out. Never be helpful and cruel to deaf residents. We will never go back to this place ever again."

"Living at Aurum is fantastic. We initially chose this location for its proximity to my workplace, but over the months we've discovered a welcoming, inclusive community where there's mutual support and camaraderie for both human and four-legged friends. I was a little intimidated by the big city of Denver, but in Aurum, I feel just far enough away from the action and safe enough, while still having access to downtown Golden and Denver and, more importantly, the mountains! If you like skiing, it's only 45 minutes to Loveland and A-Basin, 55 minutes to Winter Park and 1 hour to Eldora. If you like hiking, trail running or mountain biking, you have access to world-class trails literally from your doorstep. The size of the apartment was a concern at first but the way the units are designed, even the 3 1/2 offer ample space for comfortable living. All my visitors were equally impressed by the look of the apartment and how convenient and modern it was. The weekly events make everyday life interesting (shootout to Cesar for the elevator apero) and Morris and Mae is simply amazing (and a life saver... too often lol!). When I moved, I was still working remotely and the working room were a game changer in my work from home experience. Could not recommend more."

"I fall in love with living here more and more, just when you think, “How could this place get any better?”, it does. Jessica, Cesar, and Michael, make every resident feel welcome and part of the community. I guess you can call them the Welcome Wagon of the neighborhood. From the fun weekly community events to how smooth they run the operations, you feel every bit involved and informed of what’s happening in your home. I have loved living here mostly because of the warm and friendly faces I see every day, both staff and residents, people are genuinely happy to be here. The maintenance staff, Johnathan and Devin, have always been attentive and gone above and beyond. Aurum is where I call home and it’s where I feel like I can truly embrace the wonderful surroundings, community amenities, connect with my neighbors, and feel safe. If there’s any hesitation about living here, let me tell you this is definitely the place to be in Golden. I now have a new standard of apartment living and it’s called Aurum."

"My wife and I recently moved into the Aurum community and it has been one of the best experiences of any apartment building we have lived in. The community is great, with a lot of friendly and welcoming people. The apartment building itself is operated flawlessly, and there is ample parking for all tenants. But the most notable part of living here is the management team. Specifically, Cesar has been incredibly helpful and accommodating from working with us before we signed our lease to recently handling our extension. He is always available to answer questions, and makes sure that all of the tenants are satisfied with their living experience. I would highly recommend Aurum apartments to anyone considering calling it home. The staff are friendly and professional and the building is always kept in pristine condition."
