"Hired Scott to install my evaporative cooler. He texted me a price of 2k to install which I agreed on. When he finished he said I owed him $2500. He said we talked on the phone about it. This was not true. We never had a contract just a text conversation about price. He verbally abused me at the end of the project saying he will sue me for the 500 I didn’t pay him. I would not recommend doing business with this person."
