"Crooks! The company does not make any attempt to notify you when the shipment arrives and then charges $70/day to hold. We were only alerted to pick up after the forwarding freight company contacted us. Air General took no responsibility and held the freight hostage demanding $1k+ before releasing. DO NOT USE this company’s services."

"We had to ship two dogs for our son in the military moving to Hawaii. Brittany Assuega was such a helpful and kind representative of General Air Cargo and she even called Alaska Airlines customer service to confirm she could help us with a small situation which came up. One of the other workers was just going to say “No” and not helpful at all. But Brittany went above and beyond to be helpful during a stressful time. Thank you so much Brittany! And I hope your bosses see this review and appreciate you for all you do!"

"LISTEN TO ALL THE REVIEWS!!!! Worst Airline Cargo place I have ever been to. They take 1 hour to help out 4 people. I had to reschedule the flights, since the company I work for refused to change to southwest. Southwest is a FAR better cargo airline for the U.S.. I've had to deal with AG-DEN almost every month and every time I go there it's 2 hours to wait. They also refuse to use their ramp. I have to lift 100lbs+ of cargo out of my van onto their dock. It is ridiculous how lazy they are. I highly suggest using someone else to fly your cargo. UPDATE 05/25/2022: BE WARNED VAN DRIVERS!!! They removed their perfectly fine ramp so be prepared to break your back! I'm am writing this as I sit in a line by myself waiting for a "text"."
