"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made a reservation to have my vehicle transported 5 days in advance, and the morning it was to be picked up Kevin told me he could not get ahold of the the driver. He called back 2 hours later and told me his driver was not going to pick up my car. At that point I was thankful I did not go with the company. I could not imagine what I would do if they had my car and they told me they could not get a hold of the driver. What terrible customer service."

"im only giving this company a 1 start because it does not give me the option to put 0 start .. this company is big fraud and a joke they agree to pick up a vehicle for me on 08/15/16 and nothing happen just a bunch of excuses ,so i agree to wait a for the next day and yet again nothing happen so today 08/17/16 i email them and call them earlier in the morning to cancel the service and told then that i was going to get a different company they agreed .as soon as i hang up the call they run the credit card for service that did not do.. i call then back and the guy that was working with me name brandom ask me for another chance , i was really mad at this point and i told him that i already had a different company and ask why he charge me for a service that he did not provide and he just gave me more excuses so i hang up call my bank and open a fraud case agains the company... do not use this company they will lie and they will do as much possible to get your money ... worst experience possible with this company if you do not want to have problems and waste your time ..just use some one else this people are the worst......"

"Very unorginized. Told me they would pick my car up thursday and then they didnt come till friday. I was told i would receive a call before the driver got to the location of the job, which did not happen. I then had to push the car about a block to his truck because he was "nervous" backing his trailer up. Then he said he could not use the winch so i had to turn on the vehicle which was what i was trying to avoid at all costs. After i finally got the car on the trailer i did not receive a receipt or anything. Very unprofessional and a total S**T show. clean it up"

"This company is a rip off! Beware....... do not give them a deposit for any reason. All they want is your money and fast. They make promises they cannot keep or deliver. Contract with them was bogus, and they hired a trucking company that could not deliver my cars at anytime because they could never fill up the truck with enough cars to travel from Atlanta to LA. After having to retrieve my cars from the trucking lot after a week of just sitting and waiting for more cars which they had no idea when the truck would fill up. I was promised the cars would be delivered 7-10 to days from pick up which is normal. The cars never moved for 7 days and the truck owner had no way of knowing when the broker would have enough cars for him to go across country. I notified Great American Auto Transportion about the problem and Brandon who put together the entire transaction together said, "wow this has never happened before". I am now having to drive the vehicles from Atlanta to LA to get the cars there by this weekend. Brandon notified me by email tonight that they will not refund my deposit. He said they did their job and it is the truckers fault. They are the brokers who put everything together and if someone they contracted to complete the transaction does not honor the contract than the broker who actually took my money is liable for fraud. I have reported this to my bank as fraud and to the BBB of Denver. Stay away form these scam artist at all cost. Brandon is full of nothing and they are just there to rob you of your hard earned cash!"
