"This is a terrible company to do business with. They have low grade customer service skills from the top level of management down to the delivery people. Their driver asked me for money to carry the boxes up 9 steps. The manager I spoke with was talking over me on the phone. She was so rude. I stopped doing business with Lowe's because they use them for all their cabinet deliveries."

"Nice people to work with, tough for full size trucks. For driver's side backing, pull into the 4195 Oneida driveway, drive all the way down till you can take a right then a left into the 4201 Oneida driveway."

"This place is not meant for full-sized trucks and trailers. It is unnecessarily tight and good luck trying to get you your next appointment if someone backs into the dock next to you, you WILL be stuck there until they leave. Also the guy at the desk when you walk in refused to speak English or be of any help whatsoever."

"I had a Lowe’s delivery today through this company. Asked the delivery person to deliver our boxes in the first room from the entrance door. He told me he cannot deliver it there because the boxes won’t fit through the door. I could clearly see that the box could fit through the door, and told him to turn the boxes to a narrower side to get them through. He said he has been doing this job for a while and knows they won’t fit. After about five minutes exchange back and forth, I told him to leave them in the garage since he clearly didn’t want to bring boxes inside. It’s at $30K plus cabinets, sitting in the garage at this point in a 92F+ weather. My husband came home, measured the door width and the boxes could have clearly been delivered through the door. My husband called this company back to help us with moving these boxes and the response from the lady who answered the call was “the driver said your wife told him to leave boxes in the garage and since you called us an hour after the fact, we are not going to do anything.” That’s the poorest business I have ever received hands down. I will leave the review on the Lowe’s site too and hopefully they can drop business with you."
