"If I could give them no stars, I would. Quality called me 3 times to verify my inventory to make sure it would fit into the 300 cubic feet. When it came time to pick up my stuff, even though the inventory matched piece by piece, it didn’t fit into the 300 cubic feet they allotted me. Possibly paying an extra $1000 to put all of my belongings on the truck. Sell what you don’t want, and buy that uhaul and do it yourself!"

"They were not a scam, like other reviewers claim and they didn't break anything but it did take them two months and they tried to get some extra charges along the way. My booking was done with Dave in Denver and he talked up the services a lot more than what they were able to deliver. Once I paid, he never picked up the phone again. They called me really late - 24 hrs prior to pick up to inform me of the pick up. It did not make for a smooth stress-free first stretch of the move but Jose, from Valley movers (subcontractor), came to move my stuff from Tacoma and was very charming. He was nice but I got an extra charge for having a set of stairs in my house."

"From the initial call to the crews picking up and dropping off my things I was super impressed at the professionalism and the thoroughness of my experience with this company. It may seem crazy but I'm a journalist and I never even thought to look this company up online before committing to them. Reviews can be judgmental and sometimes exaggerated, but I was comfortable in seeing that they were Accredited members of the BBB with an A rating. I wasn't sure that this move was even gonna happen for over a month but once I knew I called back and scheduled. My representative was detailed and seemingly more caring that any company I have dealt with in the past. They provided me with fee interim storage and we agreed on a price for total 70 days storage. Before leaving for my flight I decided to bring another portioned payment into their office and was welcomed into their facility where my items were being stored. I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the facility and how my things were tagged with my information and organized. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move. "This company moved me from OR to FL and delivered my items yesterday. My company paid for the move and chose Empire over 2 other companies who were all about the same price. I was soooo happy with how they handled my furniture. There crew was extrmely professional and I'll be calling them if I ever move again. I do feel the need to mention that a piece of glass to my end table was broken during unload into storage. They provided me 30 days free storage and called me when it was broken while unloading into their warehouse. The owner discounted me $65 dollars for this mistake and I feel it was more than fair. 3 bedroom home and only 1 small mistake, basically my move was perfect!"

"If I had time to go back to Denver and show up at this company's front door I'd do it. Empire Moving lies, they plant phony reviews. Once you get beyond those, you'll see the real reviews, how totally shady and inept these people are.The photo here shows some of the damage. My broken bed frame and couches were repaired by my husband. Almost 5 months later my damage claim has not been addressed. They claim there are other customers ahead of me. I bet there are."
