"These guys are idiots. They are rude, they push off blame on everyone but themselves when they mess up orders, the guy at the dispatch desk is very rude and unprfessional. We have been waiting for a week for parts, then they bring be the wrong thing. Now I have to have the dealer order more parts, wait another week, and then maybe I will have to make the hour one way drive myself to make sure I get the right parts this time. These Guys SUCK!!!!! Use ANYONE else."

"Do not apply here. This company is overstocked with drivers, they will text you everyday at 6:30, he’ll say 6 but he’ll text you at 6:30 making you fight for a spot with other drivers over work. A. You don’t know if you’re gonna work that day depending on the driver’s availability. B if you don’t text Bradley back right away, you don’t get work cuz there isn’t enough work to go around. C. The professional thing to do, is to ask for peoples availability and put them on. You’re wasting people’s time."

"I would highly suggest if you are purchasing from a company that is using this delivery company to re-think your purchase. They make promises and fail to inform the delivery driver of said promises. And when the delivery fails it feels like it is impossible to get it rescheduled or even to be contacted for reschedule. I have contacted Elite and the Company I purchased from and still have not been able to get my stuff delivered from their mistake. They make it easier to cancel my purchase and move on to another product."

"We agree with the other comments here that their customer service is lousy. Being a customer of Elite, we were appalled when we received their billing statements and repeatedly asked for clarification but were met with bad attitudes. Invoices are very general and not specific enough to understand. They have a take it or leave it attitude. In our company, Colorado Drive Shaft, we give the same polite consideration to all customers whether you buy once or multiple times from us. The same integrity and common consideration were not given to us. Years ago, when Sarah was our sales rep., she treated us better."
