"Can’t we file a complaint against this company with the highway patrol?"

"Was driving behind one of their vehicles in rush hour traffic on I25 southbound yesterday from 104th to when I could get away from him, not a single functional brake light on the whole trailer! It is wreckless to not have functioning lights on a gravel hauler. Not to mention the driver swearving from one edge of the lane to the other cutting way too close to other drivers. Irresponsible and un professional."

"Edit: I just received the repair estimate for my truck and it totals almost $7000.00 in damages. This company was hauling sand/gravel, UNCOVERED, down the highway spilling sand and rocks all over the road. There was a very visible dust cloud coming from the back of the truck and you could see rocks bouncing all over the road. It was so bad that cars were queued up 500+ feet behind this truck and passing one at a time. Upon attempting to pass this truck my pickup was sandblasted. Destroyed my windshield, dented my hood, and caused numerous paint chips. The company initially offered to pay for only half of my windshield, but when I realized the damage was significantly more extensive they halted communications with me, refused to provide me (or my insurance company) with their insurance information to fix the damage their negligence caused. Their excuse being "we have a sign that says not responsible for broken windshields" - a sign which is legally meaningless. I now have to pay my own insurance deductible to fix my truck and hope that I get it recouped when my insurance company sues them at a much later date. I would not recommend doing business with this company since they clearly cannot be bothered to haul anything safely and don't take responsibility for their actions."
