"Very rude. Rodent feces still in the unit they tried to rent us. Reluctantly took the unit after a man swept it out complaining the entire time. Then three months later cleared our items with all our furnature and rugs ruined by moths plus covered with rodent urine and feces. The dogs the managers owned barked the entire time we would do paperwork scaring our daughters with the little dog trying to bite them. Terrible experiance."

"This is my first Google review. I can surely say that your things are well taken care of for a great price. I have been with them since 2015 as I have been living and working in Colombia and Thailand. the front desk lady is nice and friendly and I always have a little chat with her when I visit. She is responsive and very helpful, too. I am not sure why people have issues. I have had a few hiccups on payments due to being overseas and bank/credit card issues that follow, but she was very clear about the rules - not her fault. She was also never rude to me. I can't recommend this place enough. It is a nice, safe and quiet area. I would advise the further drive for folks in central Denver. It is worth it! P.S. - buy 6 months and get one month free - even better value ;)"

"The lady that works there is probably the rudest person I have ever come across. After I canceled my contract, they automatically charge my credit card. When I called to ask for my money back, she said she had no idea how to refund my money. She very quickly she started screaming at me! They are the only business that I have ever come across that doesn't know how to reverse credit charges. I tried to work with her in any way I could and she just ended up hanging up on me! DON'T RENT HERE, the management is a nightmare to deal with!!!"
