"Customer service is horrible. After having a bad experience, I'll opt for a different pizza place. Tried to talk to a manager but was consistently sent to the call center. Corey the driver was extremely rude and tried to insist that I lived somewhere I didn't. Call center tried to get a hold of them but, they took couldn't get a hold of the store. Horrible."

"I'm so sorry I did not get a name, but a young man with brown curly hair took my order & he was the nicest, efficient, knowledgeable person. Give him a raise so he'll stay! Seriously, a very kind young man. His parents should be very proud."

"The food wasn’t that terrible, the price was awesome the problem I had was that when the food finally did arrive it was about an hour after I had ordered and it was not warm/ hot anymore. I live 2 blocks from this restaurant and the reason I ordered delivery was because I have 3 small children that it’s hard to take everyone out in the car to get a pizza 2 blocks away. I was hoping that even with the long wait time my food would have arrived fresh. But it was not at all unfortunately"

"To be truthful, I have not had PH since maybe 2013 or 2014. Been a while. I was so happy with what I ordered. SO SO SO happy. 1. Friendly Staff 2. Order was HOT and READY ON TIME. No waiting. No drama. 3. Pizza flavor and toppings baked so so so good! 4. The Boneless Wings were SO GOOD! I was shocked how incredible they were! This is the place for boneless wings!!! So glad I took a chance on PH and the wings. Super happy I did."
