"Less than average customer service, but on par with expectations given the location and fact that it’s a gas station. Would have been a solid 2-3 star experience if it weren’t for the “$1 sale” signs posted on various items throughout the store. Nothing in this store is $1 and probably hasn’t been since Ba..Bumblin-Biden took office. I get to the register to pay and of course nothing that was advertised as $1 sale items were one dollar. I put my phone number in and still no discount. There were literally full page pages of standard printer paper advertising “Wow only $1”. There was even an official looking 7-11 sign with the product information and sale dates of 6/28 - 7/11. I’m noticing stores are doing this now; they are banking on the fact that by the time you get through the line, to the register and checked out your not going to want to lose your spot in line upsetting everyone waiting behind you to go select and grab a replacement item, your probably in a hurry so, whatever, you just buy the product at full price. Quit giving these shmucks your hard earned money. I felt that it was my moral obligation to confiscate there bogus sale signs. (Pictures included for your enjoyment) What an insult to the community the corner store is supposed to serve. It’s already a rough area with people struggling to get by, go try that in the rich area codes. Absolutely ruthless. (It irks me stores like King Soopers and 7-11 have the audacity to post false-advertisements to take advantage of paying customers. They already have the prices jacked up so high it’s difficult to afford gas and food. It’s not like they pay there employees enough to be able to afford their essential everyday items. That money goes straight to the pockets of the owners and shareholders. Im over this feeble facade of “The American Dream” it’s an American nightmare… please LMK when y’all are ready to “peacefully” protest because I’ve been ready. Plus I’m almost out of lube, I can’t take this forceful abuse from the ultra wealthy and corrupt politicians much longer. ARE YOU AWAKE YET?!?)"

"Absolutely the CLEANEST 7-11 I have ever encountered. Most notably the front walk on the outside--I bet NO 7-11 along 38th or anywhere for that matter has a store looking so good. It is obvious that management really cares about presentation. Also need to mention that same staff, especially the assistant manager was kind, professional and appreciative of what customers have to say. If I could give a 10 star rating for this store overall--I would. And if anyone thinks less---than the problem has to be on your end. GREAT STORE!!!********** (That was 10 stars!)"

"The women manager is amazing, one of her employees gave we wrong change and she made it right 6 days later. I just want to say thank you again for making it right. Little things like this restore my faith in doing the right thing."
