"Wouldn’t recommend broker company, gave me an estimate day now I’m receiving it a week later, my cars been sitting with no movement for the past 4 days since it’s been picked up. I explained the urgency, I was assigned Mark. Schedule ahead of time or atleast with direct carrier for accurate delivery. He’s respond to all my texts pretty fast til they picked it up and let me know that it would get to me a week after the delivery date he stated to me."

"Don't ever use a broker who charges a deposit upfront. They aren't going to work for you. We were set up with Mark Hanna who promised us results that he couldn't deliver. We had an urgent request and while he found us a carrier there was never a pickup date and we couldn't get in touch with the carrier or him to get it resolved. Called around to a few other companies and even took it into our own hands to get a private driver to deliver the timely service we needed. Mark set us back days due to his incompetence and his unreliability."
"Tried to book a service with them, but it never happened after they told me my truck had been picked up even though it was sitting in my driveway still WAITING to be picked up. I’ve been asking for my deposit refund for about 80 days now, and they won’t own up to their simple mistake and blame it on the dispatcher. Not able to be trusted, and not able to even make simple things right. Find an auto transport that does their own dispatching and don’t make a deposit to them.
