"Ordered a boiler shipped from Denver shipped direct to a customer. The customer refused shipment because NPT had dropped it and damaged it despite the boiler being well packaged. They have offered to pay half of the cost of the boiler and no more even though it is unusable. They dropped it and accept no responsibility. Terrible company."

"I ordered an item, paid the freight. They won’t deliver it.They want me to pick it up almost 15 miles away from its destination. And wait another week. Not ok by me. It’s their job to deliver items. They took payment to deliver the package. Then when they should drive it out , they’re trying to negotiate terms. Completely unprofessional. Talked with the manager “Russ”. He threatened me with, “well I can just mark it undeliverable instead”. Very rude, very unprofessional, won’t even deliver the packages they are hired to deliver. I know I live in the Rocky Mountains, I did offer to meet at an easier spot for a truck, but not 15 miles from the destination. This company is worthless."

"We spent over $3,000 on a handmade custom piece of furniture that was meant to be delivered to our door. I understand that we live in a remote area of the Rocky mountains, but you cannot accept a delivery of a product as a delivery company and then just simply decline to do so because it's a little bit out of your way. We are now over a month delayed and the delivery company simply refuses to make good on their delivery. I have begged, pleated, cajoled, and even attempted to bribe, all to no avail. The manufacturer of the product has attempted to work with them, but they simply refused to do anything with the product. They are completely unreasonable, unprofessional, and outright rude! If you have the ability to use literally any other company, I highly recommend doing so, or else you will suffer the consequences of such a terrible company."

"This company was delivering five vending machines to the same address for me and refused to do anything but drop all five off of the truck and leave. If they simply could’ve pulled the truck forward one hundred feet or so and dropped them in two separate groups for me it would’ve saved me a machine rental and a days worth of work moving them. They wouldn’t even do this for me. Chuck, the driver in Granby at NPT is extremely rude and unwilling to be helpful in any way. It would’ve taken them about 30 seconds but their attitude is we just drop it and go. Not responsive and poor tracking I recommend avoiding this company at all costs! Even there Vice President, Greg Walkup was rude and unwilling to help on the phone. Just overall atrocious customer service."
