"Rude manager never smiles I was looking at at the stuff on the shevels next to ne while waiting in line when a very rude customer got in front of me and said I wasn't waiting in line and the manager who at the time was on the other side of the store stocking came and agreed with him...I was only on there to get gas, I explained that I was looking at stuff while I was in line and yet all of that drama for me to throw my money on the counter and tell her what pump and i was still to my car with gas pumped and gone before that rude man. It sad that everyone is so miserable these days know one know what love and kindness is. I will deffinatly be praying for both of them tonight"

"0 STARS IF I COULD!!! I visited Murphy on 12/08/2023 to buy two medium iced coffees. Unfortunately, the person on duty, claiming to be the manager, tried to charge me double the listed price for each coffee, arguing that I was getting too much coffee. When I asked to talk to another employee for clarification, the so-called manager refused and wouldn't let the other staff member speak, which was very unprofessional and distressing. Despite my attempts to explain and show the displayed prices for different coffee sizes, the situation escalated as he insisted the iced coffee I wanted was different from the sizes listed. I decided not to buy and tried to put the coffee somewhere near the machina, but he continued arguing confrontationally. Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience due to the manager's behavior."

"RUDE MANAGER THAT’S ALWAYS TEYING TO CRWATE CONFLICTS. If I could I would give it 0 stars. There’s an old grumpy man that works as the manager of the store. I’ve been buying iced coffees from that store for a long time, the price always comes close to $3 for two medium coffees. However, this time he wanted to charge us $7.73 saying that the price was different for the cup we were getting which makes no sense as we are getting the same oz of coffee. We asked if we could talked with the other employee that was on the other register. But as we were explaining what happened he came all mad and bossy to interrupt. I said “I’m talking with him not with you” and then he said “Well I’m the boss here so I’m right.” We went back to the machine to leave the coffees as we didn’t want them anymore and we told him “it says is $1.79 for iced coffee” and he got mad trying to fight with us and followed us to the exit of the store. We kept calm the whole time and he just wanted to create a conflict. We also had another bad experience with the same guy last time as we asked him to refill the coffee and he first refused to do it but then said it was going to take a minute. We waited but he purposely took forever to get up and do it, he went to the bathroom and grabbed a coke for himself before refilling the coffee. So if you ever see a bald, tall and grumpy-face old man, don’t go into the store or pay for your stuff with another cashier."

"Right now this is some of the cheapest gas in the city. You can get ethanol free gas here if you want that. I would check this store's gas price before filling up. It can be a lot cheaper than other places. Pretty good sized convenice store. It is pretty clean and I have found the employees friendly."

"I have come by three days this past week to use the benefit of my walmart+ membership associated with this station. But... they are never open. I got there between 6pm and 8pm on different days and all dark and closed. Really sad I cannot use my paid membership benefits. I have called the store to ask about hours and a rude woman just laughs and hangs up. Does the corporate office not care about how customers are being treated or how they are losing money????"
