"This is my favorite rocket. It's had a name change or two over the years but for the most part similar faces and great service and great selection in the store. Great access and location for my part of town and the car wash does a really good job"

"We buy propane, gas, drinks, etc. here ALL the time. Apparently the gas station has suddenly changed their policy that they won’t sell propane at night if the clerk is alone, even if no one else is in the store??? He told us the clerks aren’t allowed to leave the store unattended because people steal lottery tickets. Whatever. We drove down the road to Maverick to get some propane (for $2 cheaper I might add!) & they happily sold it to us, even though their clerk was alone AND someone else was in the store at the time. I wasn’t even going to write a review, but then on our way back home past this Rocket, we saw the clerk outside smoking!!!!!!!!! HOW does that make sense? So you can leave the store unattended to smoke, but not to make $27 selling us propane? Got it. We’ll just drive the extra half mile to Maverick for our propane if this policy is going to stay in place."

"This review is for the staff member always smoking when I come in to get gas or water. Maybe dont hover around the propane tanks than walk around on the phone so we can all get a serving of cigarette smoke with our gas. Pretty sure those signs are for you."

"Went in to buy $45.00 worth of things in the store. Asked the young blonde rude clerk for a bag and he laughed at me and wanted to debate why I needed one. After insulting my intelligence in front of my wife he decided to give two bags by throwing them at me and was very condescending Horrible experience rude rude rude...... I don't believe he really appreciates his job.... Fire Him!!!!"

"Been going to this station for about 11 years. I no longer going anymore kickback points or not. it makes no sense that they have hired the rudest employee that is problematic. i dont go to that store to be harrassed and told, "Im still here" and be treated badly because I completed the survey at gasvisit.com. That means that i dod a survey and the management told the employee I reported his bad behavior and horrible customer service only for me to be treated even worse and taunted by some young guy that doesn't know how to do his job or interact with customers."
