"Wow, I can only start by saying Chris in the pharmacy was absolutely amazing to work with for prescriptions. He paid close attention to my comments, provided quick help, and offered professional advice. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of his customer service. The entire team at this location is outstanding, but Chris truly shines as a star. Medicine is crucial for people, and customer service is a choice—Chris made an exceptional impression! We will exclusively visit this location."

"Terrible experience today, again. As a healthcare executive, I understand how busy pharmacies can be during cold & flu season. Today, I had an RX called in this morning around 10am, when I checked the app it said it wouldn’t he ready until tomorrow. Normally, not a big deal. But, I’m going out of town in the morning, so I called to ask if I could pick up this evening (Thursday). I was met by a rude, female pharmacy-tech right off the bat. I explained my situation to her, and she did not care one bit. Told me I had to wait for my scheduled pick up time. I get it. It’s cold and flu season and the demand is probably very high. When I explained I was leaving tomorrow to go out of town for a week, she told me to find a Walgreens where I’m going. (No Walgreens in St Croix). So, now I’ll go over a week without my very important medications. She was stone cold, extremely Disappointing in a healthcare setting. Do better Walgreens, and follow up on your employees understanding of your Mission statement and the 4 C’s. An overall 2.7 Google rating is disgusting in this market."

"If you ever have a serious issue and need a prescription filled do not go here. I’ve given 4 hours for completion after an urgent care visit. When I went back to pick it up, they told me 30 minutes after waiting in line for 15 min. I had to leave. They texted me right after I left to tell me it was ready. So stressful when you’re not well and they waste so much of your time."

"Disappointed in the photo portion of this store. Ordered the premium cardstock cards, which aren't cheap. They did a poor job cutting them. Maybe I would be less annoyed if they were the cheaper cards, but there is a reason I purchased the premium. Hand cutting these so I can get them in the mail. My accountability is that I should have looked at them before I left, but they were so behind an employee that I am assuming was on break grabbed my order for me."
