"As we walked into the store one of the cashiers followed us to the back of the store and watched us the entire time. Also after checking out we had to ask for a bag because our items were handed to us without one. Customer service was HORRIBLE!"

"Title: Unpleasant Service Experience; Questionable Attitudes Rating: [1 or 2 out of 5 stars] I visited the 7-Eleven unit on 16th Street Mall Champa recently, and unfortunately, the service I received left much to be desired. My friend and I encountered a cashier who seemed disinterested in serving us, and it was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we approached the cash register to purchase a pizza for $6, it was clear that the cashier was not interested in assisting us. Despite our attempts to engage politely, he remained fixated on his phone, disregarding our presence. This lack of attentiveness made for an uncomfortable customer experience. What troubled us the most was the possibility of discriminatory behavior. We couldn't help but wonder if the cashier's disdain or unwillingness to serve us had something to do with our race, sexual orientation, or both. While we cannot definitively say which factor influenced his behavior, it was apparent that he treated us differently based on something beyond our control - either our appearance or our identity. As a result of this disappointing encounter, we have decided not to return to this particular 7-Eleven location. We believe that all customers should be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or who they are. It is both disheartening and unacceptable to experience such blatant discrimination in the marketplace. We sincerely hope that the management of this 7-Eleven location takes steps to address these issues. Discrimination has no place in any business, and addressing these concerns would go a long way in ensuring a more inclusive and welcoming environment for customers. While we acknowledge that this may be an isolated incident, we feel it's essential to share our experience to hold the establishment accountable and encourage them to deliver better service to all customers."

"a little small and dirty. came at a weird time at night and i guess it was closing but they still let me in. was in and out fairly quickly. a line gathered behind me because it’s pretty small. dim lighting too so it’s kind of sketchy. better off just going to the cvs or walgreens a block over"

"I actually like this location very much. They're friendly and polite to you when you first walk-in. It'is always clean and neat and the shelves are nicely kept full at all times. I assume they keep up with their inventory because I rarely see any empty shelves or have to ask when will you have it in the store again? Overall, I would always suggest shop at this location."
