"I buy gas here because it is a Top Teir Phillips 66 gasoline product. It is a decent place to buy gas. I have never bought anything from the convience store. 3/7/24 I stopped for gas here today and had to use the restroom inside the 7 -11 store. It was ABSOLUTELY beyond filthy! Urine on the seat. Nasty knats inside the toilet bowl. That toilet had not been cleaned in a few days - minimum. DISGUSTING! I left without using the toilet. I should call the health department...maybe I will."

"It's 330 am and the store is closed! The guy watched me walk up while he was sitting there and did not move at all. He just looked at me and said nothing, and both doors were locked. This is not the first time they lock the store and not serve customers overnight. It has been a few times now that I have come, and they do that. It's very inconvenient when this is the closest store to you that is supposed to be open and they continue to close. I took a pic and video and set in the parking lot and called corporate. They were closed at that time, but I will be calling back on Tuesday morning after the holiday. 7-11 is supposed 24hours. That's false advertising and could cause you guys to get sued. I encourage anyone who has experienced this with this 7-11 to call corporate and report it. If the people there don't want to work overnight, they shouldn't be there."

"Just went in 5 minutes before 12, and they already had the beer coolers locked up. Actually follow guidelines to sell liqour until 12. And not make customers come in thinking they can buy beer before 12....absolutely ridiculous. And the employee looked like he hates his job. Just saying you guys missed out on a 120 dollars worth of beer bought from your store cause of that lazy employee"
