"Now I can understand why this 7-Eleven has a two-star rating what I don't understand is why it doesn't have a 1 Star rating besides the people very rude and it start from the top because the manager does not go by the policies of the rewards program and I've been going to the 711 for about a year now and every time I come through I put my phone number in the computer so I can get the discounts for the coffee which is normally $2.29 there and every other 711 I've been to when you put your phone number in the and Xavier charges me $2.47 no it's not the money that I'm talking it's about when I see other people going through the line and they have the same size coffee and they put their phone number in there and they get the discount and then I come up and I put my phone number in there and I don't get th discount no I think Xavier has a problem either with minorities or poor people whatever Xavier is not adhering to the rewards and he's the manager so he should know even the other two guys give me the discount but not Xavier if you're not white you don't get that's how he works the rewards"

"I've been going to this location for 20 plus years. Since new ownership bad,bad,service. The person running the store in the morning is Always on the phone with person calls. And always short you on your change. I've noticed this 10 to 20 times. Its different if you give up your change but just keep it is stealing. I confronted this man this morning and his answer was he doesn't have Penny's. I'm just one person but my change and every person who walk in per day per week per month,years add up to a lot of money. Stealing is stealing. This man should be stop.
