"I received a package at my address, last week, that was slated for another address. The package was clearly lwft at the wrong address. It was addressed to 750 Grand Ave and left at 755 Grand Ave. I called FedX and gave them the tracking number and explained what happened. The package is still here, a week later. I'm sure it's very important to the person waiting for it."

I contacted the local hub and was told that they couldn't change the delivery time because they are too busy.
