"Called to ask if I could come pick up a package that I told was delayed due to inclement weather. The package had already been delivered to the center before this notice went out. Wasn't given much of an explanation when I called and was told I had to wait until my package was given to the post office before I could pick it up. Woman I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful. Was very short with me. I don't care that they're going to send me a response to this saying that they're sorry. I don't care. Do better."

"I was hired, and layed off after being sick with doctors notes in my first week. I tried for actual weeks to get put back on the schedule, only to be on the receiving end of the least coordinated or capable team of supervisors and management I have ever come across. No one will call you, no one will update you, and they'll make it out to be your fault as soon as you have a problem. Save your sanity and find somewhere else"

"Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. I’ve had to contact Amazon to block UPS from taking my deliveries in Grand Junction if I actually want to receive my packages"

"Dont follow posted hours. Dont answer phone. Dont even lock their doors with custoker packages laying around their facility. Check out these photos of the inside or their facility. I had to track down a UPS truck in order to speak with someone about my package that they wont deliver."
