"I gave originally two stars because at the time of the transaction there may have been a communication issue because it seems like she had a hard time hearing me. I would have gave one star if that wasn't the case I ordered a total of six red roses and three sunflowers to be delivered to my boyfriend's job on Valentine's Day. Before I even place the order I asked if they could make the delivery before 4:00. She said maybe but that her driver was there so it shouldn't be an issue. They were delivered by 1:30 again. Another reason why they originally have two stars instead of one When my boyfriend got the flowers they looked like this like someone half did. Their job rushed it and were lazy and for the cost of $109, including a $12 shipping fee. My boyfriend only got five of the six roses and they threw together some accents to kind of make it look like a bouquet when I called to voice my concerns I was asked to stop talking and let her finish because obviously what she had to say was more important than my complaint to her. Now if she would have handled this well offered any kind of compensation like will knock off the delivery fee or anything. I wouldn't be writing this review. However, she had an attitude was rude and did not even listen to the concern I have. So for $109 and some change I don't believe that is worth five roses, three sunflowers and two sets of accent flowers and two little fuzzy things..... However, the owner did call me and after listening to me and hearing my grievances offered me a free bouquet at a later date and her taking that step to reach out to a dissatisfied customer is why I changed my original score from two stars to a full five stars because that is how you treat a customer that is upset with the service they received. Just listening. Thank you so much for hearing me"

I used a mix of diy fake flowers (tables, overhanging on head table, etc.) & fresh flowers (arch, bouquets, boutonnière’s) from Sweetwater. 10/10 would recommend them! Thank you so much!"

Having the ability to rent one of their pristine flower trucks or bride bus really tops off everything they have to offer. Not only can you shop at two different locations but they now have a studio space that you can take classes at and host beautiful private events. We love every opportunity we have to work with Sweetwater and we are lucky to have such an amazing flower market right here in Colorado Springs!"
