Jessica, I believe her name was, brought us dresses and provided alteration suggestions. She was enthusiastic and overall positive. This is the second time I’ve brought a friend for dresses after failed attempts at David’s bridal. Highly recommend!"

"I brought in a bridesmaid dress for alterations. For everything that I had asked to be done, they charged less than $100. They were very good and quick. I was quoted a 2 week turn around--which is very quick to begin with--and my dress was ready within a week. I would definitely go back to them if I need more formal alterations."

"Wow!! I went there last minute to find a NYE cocktail dress. It’s impossible to find anything not online these days in my size (I usually wear an 18/20, but in fancy dress sizes that means 22/24). Jessica and the gentleman with her (forgot to get his name) were SO helpful! They were patient while I took like 45 minutes to gather literally every dress I wanted to try on (probably 20). Jessica was so patient with me helping me every step of the way with zipping up and helping me figure out how to make dresses that were a bit too small possibly work. She suggested adding a corset lace up with panel underneath, but finally, the very last dress was the one and it fit! It wasn’t a color I thought I’d like on me, but I actually liked it much more than I thought I would! Their alteration prices are so reasonable and she said she’d take it from floor length to mid thigh and add straps overnight with less than 24 hours notice. That’s pretty amazing!!! I’m not saying Id expect that they could do that all the time, but again, WOW! Mind you, the dress is pleated all along the skirt. That can’t be an easy job. So far, I’m extremely pleased with their customer service! They have a customer for life! Can’t wait to get my finished dress tomorrow!
