"I like how nice this Macy's is and the employees are great too. My only issue is there is not very much kitchen stuff here. The website has wayyyyy more than the store. I drove 30 mins just to not really find anything they had online in-store"

"I was trying to find an item- I asked an associate near the jewelry section. They replied with "I'm sorry I don't work here" the Mens perfume area was very short staffes- however the lady there was super nice and helpful. There's not many good deals anymore either."

"Very large Macy's. Not many staff for help through out the store except for the makeup and perfume area. The whole bottom floor is women's. The top floor is kids and men. Not much staff around for help. My husband went in the dressing room to try on a pair of jeans and a male staff member came by and was a smart mouth in his greeting. He asked if I needed help I told him no my husband is trying on some jeans and he proceeded to go to the dressing room and opened the door on my husband and didn't say a word to him. My husband was furious. He left his jeans in the dressing room and we left. I wanted to find a manager but husband wanted to get out of the store. The ladies on the first floor were awesome. From the front door to the perfume."

"I had the most frustrating experience with my return at this center. The young lady at the shoe register took my items and scanned the plastic bags for a bunch of them which didn’t belong to the right items. So long story short I was refunded for the wrong items and had to drive back and forth four times to take the items to the store, prove them they made a mistake and fix the problem. The young lady didn’t have any training or common sense to understand how a return works. ***note: when returning your item at this center, Be careful what they scan and always make sure to check the app/ bank to see how much you get refunded**"
