"The people who work at Lowe’s are very friendly and hard-working. When walking through the isles looking for some thing they are always asking how they can help me. I feel very bad for them and Lowes for not having more people apply for jobs at our local store. I would love to work there but unfortunately drug testing stands in the way. Pretty hard when you smoke cannabis for medical reasons."

"Oh u know when a customer can't find a item. Well it is generally bc they simply DID NOT look. Well I did look but one place I DID NOT look is where the sales associate went right to it. I laughed loudly bc of course I did not look where he found the soil I was looking for. He just laughed with me. Nice people (helpful) work here."

"Terrible store. Employees apparently overworked And understaffed. Made online order for store pickup of large item at 10 AM. Paid online with card. Went to pick up at 7:30 pm same day. After waiting 40 minutes for them to get down off the shelf was told that they couldn't find the item. Cancelled the order. Don't waste your time here- go to another Lowe's, or, better yet go to a real hardware store where employees have the support they need to actually enjoy their jobs. Very sad to see a NC company not be able even to manage inventory- should be a simple, automated task. What a joke."
