"All of the handheld baskets have disappeared. Makes it very difficult to shop - I don’t want to wheel a cart around the store when I only need a few things and I am tired of trying to juggle an armful of groceries. I don’t always have reusable bags on me and buying one every time I come in, which is what it seems like the store is pushing for, is a headache. It also seems like the bars were retrofitted to the store instead of the store being designed around them which makes it a pain to get out if it’s busy and you aren’t buying anything. Lastly, the doors on one side have been inoperable for months. Just seems like it’s been in degradation ever since the “grand opening.” I shop here because it’s closest to where I live but it’s more expensive than nearby stores. It just seems like all of these things they’re doing are cost cutting measures to penny pinch. The two stars are for the staff - they’re always wonderful to deal with. But the management is garbage."

"Super clean store, well laid out. Only issue is that there aren't enough carts even when it's not busy and the carts they have are very wobbly and unstable. Also pay your employees more they all deserve more."

"Today was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at this store! I shop at this location often this morning the cashier Thomasine was very nice to the man in front of me but so incredibly rude to me she not only didn't greet me with a welcome but wouldn't look at me after scanning my products she tossed them on the the other side breaking open one of the products and not even apologize about it. I thanked her she just walked away! So I called the store and spoke to a manager who just blew me off! I'll never shop there again!"

"I have been diagnosed with severe issues. I cannot walk properly when I went into this store. Both the manager and another employee were using the mobility carts as a place to sit. When I asked if I could take one. The manager told me hers was out of order and the other lady told me hers was out of order too. I come back 15 minutes later after hobbling through the store to find that they had left and when I sat Down it was not out of order. They were worked perfectly and when I went to launch a complaint. The manager solution was to clapping my face and yell at me. They do not care about you at this store, especially if you're handicapped. They would much rather have a place to sit on their brakes than let a handicap person use their mobility scooter."

"Love this Safeway! The shelves are always well-stocked and the pricing is great. Very friendly staff and super helpful. Update : got my booster shots and the pharmacy department is very helpful. They also have a great waiting room that is quiet and private from the rest of the store"
