"Flowers delivered to my husband's funeral on 03/04/2023 were already dead and dying. I called and spoke to the owner who told me they could give me a 25 gift card which I never received. I asked that they refund my relatives that sent the flowers and they said that they could not do that. I would not recommend getting flowers from this company as they do not stand by their product."

"Placed an order for Mother’s Day using Avas Flowers and it was completed locally by Blooms Flower Shop. Blooms did an awesome job; the arrangement actually looked better than the picture, and it was delivered on time even with it being one of the busiest days of the year for flower shops. FYI - do yourself (and small businesses) a favor by not using Avas Flowers, just order directly through local flower shops. Avas prices their arrangements “lower” than local shops to funnel orders through their site and then add crazy service fees at the end to (more than) make up the difference, all the while having local shops like Blooms complete the orders anyway. Luckily Blooms had their info on the bouquet’s card so now I know to go directly through them next time, which I definitely will be. In summary: Blooms Flower Shop = Great Avas Flowers = Garbage"
