"Very rude staff, mister " I've worked here for 15 years", was incredibly rude. Did nothing but talk over me and bad mouth Napa in general. Told me to go to O'Reilly. Said they were better. Not the customer service I am used to from other Napa's I have purchased from all over the country. Also, if you look at the reviews, the only good ones are several years old. I would not recommend! Update: O'Reilly (just up the road on Victory Way)had the sweetest people, spent time to find what I needed, even went above and beyond. Customer service is what keeps small town business alive. It's to bad one employee just cost them Hundreds of dollars a month of auto parts from me."
