"This review is almost 2 years late, but my family and I were on our way to some snowmobile races for the weekend. We stayed in Craig and it got down to about -20 degrees that night. The diesel fuel in my truck gelled up. Luckily I wasn't far from the dealership and was able to walk there. They helped me get it towed to the shop and worked me into their already busy schedule. They brought it inside, got it thawed out, treated the fuel and replaced my fuel filter. We had our three kids ages 2, 6, and 8 with us and the little play place/waiting area proved to be a lifesaver as it kept the kids occupied while we waited. At any rate, you guys salvaged our weekend and we were able to make it to the races and create memories racing with my kids. Thanks again for going out of your way to help us. Much appreciated!!!!"
