"Profiling a customer can be a security matter and i get that. Profiling a customer WHILE you're holding 700 dollars of THEIR metal already in your hand is insulting and disrespectful. I watched your staff disregard your rules on 3 prev customers only to target me mid transaction because I'm tattooed, of competent stature and asked a question that made her think? Fail! Then lied about about like I'm an idiot, pencil eyebrows is lucky I needed the cash or even the guys in the back would've heard me yell about it. It sounds dramatic but it wasn't, it was really nuanced and that why it bothers me so much. The Hallenbeck family members have always been good and professional folks to trade metal with but these cashiers, smh lost my business."

"The more on the upscale side of coin dealers. They do sell and buy coins. Gold and silver bullion. When it comes to them buying they are limited on what they'll take. Ask for the list of stuff they do take. It mainly coins that they know that they are going to have a good turn around for selling it had to wait outside in line. Only one customer/group per one . They have to let you in and then let you out."
