"If I could do no stars I would. No one is ever actually working. Self check out is a pile of trash and always broken. Now they only accept cash when most times there's no one to check you out. And self check doesn't even take cash so it's completely down now. And they don't have change to break any bills. Not even sure how this is a functional business."

"Dollar Generals are not the best store, but that’s the expectation, it’s a convenience store. This specific dollar general however, sets the bar for how $hitty a convenience store could possibly be. I’ll risk my life going to the 7/11 before I ever shop here again. They’re almost never open when they’re supposed to be, there’s always $hit all over the floor and stocking carts left strewn around the floor dangerously, I’ve never met ONE nice employee there even when going with my 70 year old grandmother the $hit they have said to her would have got my mouth wrung out with soap for like a toddler, they have no problem selling EXPIRED FOOD, the employees are never at the checkout line and take 5-10 minutes on average to come up to the front only to ask you to use the self checkout machine (that’s only card), and all this is just an average shopping trip there. Tonight my husband was kicked out of the store (while they were still open) and he even told them “you all don’t close until 10, it’s 9:53 and I’m just grabbing a coke” she kicked him out anyways saying “too bad we’re already closed” I called the store to see what was going on, it took me 6 calls just to get them to answer, and then she proceeded to lie to me saying “it was past 9:55 and I told him he could have 5 minutes and then we are closing” when I told her that I was literally on the phone with him when he walked in and I heard her tell him to get out she changed her story up real quick and said “well my manager doesn’t care if I close 5 minutes early” and then hung up on me. Hopefully that’s the whole truth for her and her manager because either way it’s already been reported to Corporate, and I’d hate to see a GM get in trouble for violating Dollar General Corporate Handbook (which I googled and read thoroughly) because an employee wanted to lie about kicking customers out with “permission” from said manager."

"They're supposed to open at 7. There's like two cashiers that work there that love to open at their own time. Sometimes an hour and 30 after opening time. They'll lock the front door but leave the other front doors open. Lights on. Also, neither have any custermor service and I seriously doubt they'll get fired because they have no other workers. If this problem isn't fixed, I will confront the manager in a week. Their customer service is a 10 out of 100. And that's being generous."

"The store itself is well stocked most of the time, but literally everytime I go in, there is nobody up front and you have to track an employee down. They also say they open at 7 am and close at 10 pm, but i think that's a suggestion because I've seen them not open at those times or not letting customers in the store to close early. Really odd."
