"Brian was very hospitable. He welcomed us with a clean and comfortable room even though our flight was delayed over an hour. We didn’t arrive until 11p.m. This is an excellent choice for one night or so. We stayed here before a long drive into Creede to so our daughter. Brian gave us more than he promised, I’m not sure why he would get a bad review. It’s more than clear that this is a shared house. It’s safe and clean."

"We had a lovely experience staying at Den Haven. It is not far from the airport and we received wonderful customer service and a beautiful accommodation. You will not go wrong to stay here and it is moderately priced in comparison with some of the hotels in the area. It's a bed-and-breakfast probably like you have never enjoyed before in a private home."

"I was stranded at the airport at around 8 pm, hotels were full and Brian had one spot open. He also came to the airport to get me. Really, that alone gets him a five star rating from me. He was kind, courteous, and got me a toothbrush. Breakfast didn't happen but I had a great cup of coffee. Another guest there was able to help me get my lyft ride to the airport when Uber failed. So grateful for a kind and welcoming proprietor! And the bed was very comfortable!!!"

"My sister booked a room at DEN Haven at the very last minute so that she had somewhere to sleep for a few hours after my mother had emergency surgery. Unfortunately, my sister's flight from NY was rescheduled and rescheduled until it was cancelled, and she didn't make it to Denver. We tried to cancel the booking, but because we waited until after the reservation (since my mother was on the operating table before the reservation!), the property owner refused to refund us. This is a person who clearly doesn't care about his guests. I'd advise against attempting to work with someone in the hospitality industry who has no idea what the word "hospitality" even means..."
