"We asked for a first floor room, even though you clearly see empty first floor rooms, they wouldn't give us one, they put us on the second floor and I'm disabled and can't walk on my right leg, I literally had to sit on the steps and scoot up. There was about 10 to 13 steps, then I had to hop to the room. I'll never go there again"

"Asian lady is so rude. We were there for less than 10 minutes and she told us she would call the cops if we didn’t leave when we weren’t doing anything. She wouldn’t give us a refund after we literally paid 200 for the night. The room was absolutely nasty, the bed had bed bugs. The bathroom was so dirty and had no essentials."

"I been here since February and moved 3 times because the size. But not one time have we seen nothing. They ain't bad at all. The managers are very nice."

"Older Asian lady I think is manager is super nice and sweet but her daughter is very mean and nasty no matter how you come at her. She seems dissatisfied at her life and she needs to leave, maybe then this roach hotel would deserve a star. She alone sinks the whole experience."
