"Go to any other store!!!!! Taylor here is so concerned about getting sick but doesn’t wear a mask !! My 2 year old son has been sick with a bad uncontrollable cough( he is 2) I went to go get him some medicine and Taylor here thought it was a good idea to tell my two-year-old to step back from the counter because he’s going to get his people sick mind you he was not the cashier he just came up to the cashier to tell us we had to leave because he couldn’t control his cough! I was already at the counter, getting ready to pay with another employee! The only reason I came into the store, was to get my son cough medicine and for Taylor to feel entitled to kick us out is ridiculous ! When you work in customer service, your job is to be around all kinds and types of people. You don’t complain about that and you just do your job! I was literally getting ready to leave for him just to come up to us and tell us he can take her money because my child is sick!!!"

"Halfway through the transaction the cashier just pulls out his phone and turns to his coworker and starts talking. Doesn't even bother to hand me my receipt and out of courtesy I say "thanks", but he doesn't even acknowledge me. Sure, you could say "it's not that serious" or a big deal, but if you are a cashier you are expected to interact with customers and not turn away and go on your phone while on the clock, while a customer is in front of you. Lay off the phone, bud. It's not a good look."

"I recommend going to any Family dollar besides this one! It’s just absolutely ridiculous! Dirty, never organized and questionable customer service. It is listed that this store closes at 10pm., HA! Where? Since August I’ve seen on multiple occasions were this store just randomly closes at what ever time they feel like it. Never have I heard of an establishment just being allowed to close when they feel like it. let’s talk about the customer service, first off this family dollar can not keep ANYONE! I come here and I never see the same people, recently there is a taller man, and a Hispanic man and a woman by the name of Kris that works there. All the employees are nice except for Kris. That woman is the definition of working for a paycheck . Just rude and nasty and over worked. Christmas Eve, there was a line to the back of the store. Kris had no sense of urgency or did she care about the fact there’s a line. She purposely took her time and had a nasty remark at every customer that was before me . Today, had a horrible experience with Ms. Kris, not only did they close the store at 2pm I felt like I was being rushed out of the store. When I went to the counter to ask for the number to corporate she automatically snapped at me. Now I understand why she is snappy she’s over worked with no help. But still there’s no excuse to her irate behavior. My reason for this review is, I know they are understaffed and over worked. I am absolutely disappointed in Family Dollar for allowing this store to have no help! They are understaffed and over worked causing their employees to lash out on customers. Which makes it very hard to even want to return to this store."
