"Rude and inefficient. This location didn’t recognize my insurance. I’ve never had this problem elsewhere, so it’s definitely a location-specific issue. I just got a new prescription and forgot to have the doctor update my pharmacy, so it was filled here. I desperately need the medicine so I called to see if they would accept a GoodRx coupon since that would be faster than transferring the prescription to a new pharmacy. They refused to check my GoodRx coupon code over the phone because “that takes time and people are in line”. This was incredibly inefficient for both myself and the pharmacy considering we were already on the phone and I was not going to purchase the medicine if the cost was too high. I ended up transferring my prescription to Walgreens where the staff were polite and my insurance was immediately recognized."

"Every time I come here there is a insane line, and usually they are not up to speed to fill up the meds (meaning more timing waiting). Will change mine for sure."

"I recently made an appointment to get a Shingles vaccination on a Friday. I intentionally made this appointment on a Friday in case I got sick from the vaccination, which is a common side effect, and I didn't want to have to take off any work time. I drove 30 minutes to the pharmacy and when i got there, they told me that they didn't have any vaccine in stock. When I asked how this happen, all i got was "it was a miscount". How does this happen? Don't you have any inventory controls at this location? Do your people know how to count? I was told that the problem was corrected because they reset the count in the system and i could come back on Monday if necessary. The whole point of going on a Friday was to avoid missing work. The lack of care or responsibility exercised by the pharmacy staff was horrible. Thankfully there is a Walgreens up the street that was able to fulfill my needs. Will never use this location again."

"DON’T COME HERE IF YOU’RE SHORT ON TIME. This place clearly doesn’t care about customer service as my experience wasn’t any better than what others have posted. You would think management would review these and try to implement a better experience for the customer. After all, isn’t that what business is about…to hear customer issues/complaints and try to do better? I scheduled an appointment for vaccines. But what for? I had to wait 30 minutes without any concern or respect for my time. I had to go to the counter on 3 occasions in order to receive an update only to be told “a pharmacist will be right with you.” 30 min to wait for a scheduled appointment? That’s not “right with you”. Unlikely that management will do anything to provide a better experience but posting so others know what it’s like here."

"Trust the negative reviews! Do not go to this CVS Pharmacy! Shelby Morgan refused my insurance card. At first, she wouldn’t It turns out it was because she was looking up the wrong medication! When the insurance company followed up, Shelby again lied and provided false information. I’m going to look into filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. This place is a joke. Edit: When I went a second time to pick up my prescriptions, I noticed the quantity is wrong! This place should be shut down!"
