Walmart Neighborhood Market

"Astonishing to me that people stil yahoo here. There’s rough Walmarts, then there’s lazy Walmarts. This is by far the laziest location I have ever been to. Constantly have only one lane open, while the self checkout line is backed up so badly, they extended the line back 15 people. The idea that there are employees just talking in groups of 3, while people are just trying to leave is insane to me. Nobody has any motivation to work, and much less a sense of urgency. What should have been a 5 minute trip took 45 minutes. From the laziness, to unmotivation, one of the worst grocery shopping experiences I’ve ever had. It would take god himself, hand in hand walking me in, to ever return to this location. Walmart, if you are reading this, for the love of god track your employees ability to work, and open one of the 6 closed checkout lines. Ludacris"

"Had to wait on the phone for 40 minutes for my online pick up. I waited 40 minutes just for someone to answer my phone call to pick up. The first person who picked up didn’t even get my name before hanging up on me. What’s up with that? Had to call them again and wait another 10-20 minutes to be answered again. If there isn’t the staff for pick ups at specific times, why bother offering it at all? On top of that, when they finally did coke out with the order, they stopped on the ramp to talk with their friends for another 5 minutes to smoke, with the cart. This happened twice just while I waited. Whole thing took about 50 minutes."

"Gail that works self-checkout either needs a attitude adjustment or to work an earlier shift. She could benefit from a refresher customer service training, but overall needs to do a better job of paying attention especially when consumers acquire help. Besides the lack of carts available and terrible lookin’ fruits/veggies—adore this neighborhood location. Always well stocked and has nice home selection!"

"Don't order laundry soap for delivery from this location . The delivery driver conveniently "forgets" it. Or maybe didn't even get it from the "locked cases" it's kept in. Probably didn't want to wait for someone to come open it. I have only done 3 grocery deliveries from this location and all of them were awful over a hour late.the delivery driver was literally going in circles for 20 minutes!!! Walmart you may want to make sure your delivery drivers can READ English street signs and know how to use GPS. Or train them in this area!!!!!"

"I went into this Wal-Mart to buy laundry detergent and it’s all locked up without anyone attending to the locked area, I wandered around, finally found someone 10 minutes later wasting my time. I asked, why is the laundry detergent locked up, she said with an annoyed demeanor for me asking “people are stealing carts of detergent at a time”. How can you steal carts of detergent when someone is checking the receipts at the door?? Anyway, I won’t be buying detergent here again because the lockers are not attended and that is wasting my valuable time."
