"I have been shopping here for over 10 years. This store has been in a steadily decline since the renovation. The deli is the slowest I have ever seen. There are never enough check out lanes open during busy hours, not sure what management thinks but the customer experience here is non existent. Will begin to explore other options but just going to the king soopers in the DTC is a world of difference better. This location is next to Wellshire and Observatory park neighborhoods, it needs to step it up!"
"One of the very best of the brand. They have an extensive collection of gluten free, ethnic, and natural foods. My groceries were shopped and delivered today by Jeromy. He was polite, professional,, helpful and pleasant. Very good service."
"Deli department is a joke. No one ever pays attention to people waiting. I waited over 30 minutes. Does this department have a manager? If so not doing his job. People standing around talking. What a joke this department is."
"I’ve been coming to this store for 10 years. It’s sad to see the slow decline in service. What broke me to write this was the one checkout line open on Sunday morning with a huge line. The new self checkouts suck. Get rid of them. They are aweful and barely work and even when they do work are really slow. Bring back real workers. Getting sliced meat at the deli is almost a joke. It takes forever."
"Management could use some work, and it feels like all my complaints would be about management and decision making. It isn’t uncommon to walk into the store after 8 pm to see (if not sit in) a line for the self checkout that is 15-20 people long because 3 of 12 self checkouts are open and only one legitimate cashier is open. The staff are awesome, and extremely helpful. Tonight I was there for eggs and milk. The milk was out, but a staff member was willing to go into the back and check for extra even though he was expecting a delivery in an hour and seriously doubted more would be in the back. Sure enough he found some! He was awesome, and several other staff were cheerful and happy for me when they found more milk. The staff is awesome! The management needs training, etc."
