"All of the staff are very nice I was talking to Kaelen about my battery gone bad it was leaking acid out the side from long life and use i guess. Anyways she helped me out with choosing the right battery she wasnt tryna scam me or nothing (I've had problems with some shops just scamming me to come back and spend more money then needed) she got me the right part i needed for my 2013 Chevy Impala. She was very polite and respectful and I enjoyed talking with her great employee."

"Advance auto parts I recently visited an auto parts store in search of parts for my vehicle and left feeling extremely disappointed due to the incredibly poor customer service I received. The cashier, Robert, who appeared to be an elderly person, was unhelpful and downright rude throughout my entire interaction with him. Upon approaching the counter, I was met with a cashier who seemed disinterested and bothered by my presence. When I asked him questions about the products, he provided curt, unhelpful responses, and didn't even make eye contact. His demeanor made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. What struck me the most was his apparent lack of interest in assisting me. It seemed as though he answered my questions with a simple "yes" or "no" without any willingness to engage in a conversation or provide any sort of helpful guidance. His behavior made me wonder if my ethnicity had anything to do with his dismissive attitude, which is an extremely concerning thought in this day and age. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to this particular store for any future business. Instead, I will be willing to drive additional miles to visit a different auto parts retailer, such as AutoZone, where I can hopefully receive the courteous and respectful service that every customer deserves. In conclusion, my visit to this auto parts store left me feeling dissatisfied and unappreciated. I sincerely hope that the management takes proactive measures to address the issue of poor customer service and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and consideration regardless of their background. It is my hope that no other customer has to endure the same disappointing experience that I did."

"This is by far my favorite Advanced Auto Parts in Colorado Springs. David O. in specific, is great. He has been so helpful, knowledgeable, understanding & most importantly... Kind. If you know, as a female, a lot of places like these will take advantage of your lack of automotive knowledge. At least in my experience & many others that I know personally. It's something we often avoid because the risk of being sold something we don't actually need or just straight up mislead. David made me feel comfortable, treated me with respect & like a human being even though I clearly don't know a lot in this field. I feel like I can actually trust his opinion and that he genuinely cared about my experience being a positive one. If you are a female that's had negative experiences with places that are similar, try getting help from David. This is my new go to place for help and I will always make sure he's the one helping me. So, thank you David. I hope you see this, if you don't & whoever else does... just know you're very lucky to have an employee like David. Please treat him accordingly.
