"If I could give 0 stars I would! This location just needs to shut down!! They never have medication ready and you have to wait in line for 45 minutes to find out that they don’t have your prescription ready. Don’t waste your time here!!! CVS is a horrible company!!!"
"Just had to pick up a prescription. Gates were closed in the middle of the day. When the gates finally opened, I was met By the nastiest pharmacy tech by the name of Jennifer. Her place is definitely not in customer service."
"The people that work here are nice and try their best to help. I think the larger issue is that they’re severely understaffed. I’ve been sitting here waiting for a prescription, and there’s only one person that’s running drop-off, consultations, vaccines, AND filling the prescriptions. This person is pleasant to interact with and definitely doing their best within the capacity of what one person can do. I do hope they start to staff this place more."

"Just sat on hold with the pharmacy for 50+ minutes with no luck getting through. When I went in a month ago for a scheduled vaccine appointment, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my shot. For the 45 minutes I was there waiting, the pharmacist never picked up the phone despite there being 4+ callers on the line. So unacceptable. People have medical questions they need to get answered."
