The old "waste of space" owners were completely rude, actually screaming at me that they have never heard this before...(b.s.) would not refund my payment, and I sure as hell didn't want a different room. I would rather sleep behind a dumpster somewhere on Colfax in the middle of a snow storm than stay at this dump. STAY AWAY!! Evil, good for nothing, terrible.... everything about my experience was as bad as it gets..."

They have no problem breaking the CRS of the State of Colorado when comes to tenancy or to grantee your personal safety from the drug dealers, pimps and substance abuser they prefer to work with and receive revenue from."

"I’ve stayed here for going on two weeks now and I love it! This is the only hotel down Colfax worth spending money on. This is also one of the few hotels in Colorado that actually does housekeeping more than once a week. It’s also one The couple who run the hotel are the sweetest. I’m pretty sure they also live on the property. It actually feels safe here despite the location. My partner and I DoorDash together and this location has been really good for that as well."
