"The Component shop manager is the most unprofessional and nasty person I have ever met! He is horrible will not help me because I'm competition per his own opinion! Funny thing is I work with alot of really big companies and I buy and have my customers buy parts from Wagner and guess what I send my customers components to wagenr to get rebuilt but hey I'm competition just making wagner and its component shop tons of money. I went to get help with a special tool and all I needed was to trace the outline and holes for this tool so I could make my own and I was told to kick sand because I'm competition supposedly. The parts were not in stock and they made us miss a dead line! I will make sure my customers and anyone I know does not do business with wagners component shop from now on! This is not how you treat customers or do business!"

"Parts department is so disorganized every time I come in to get parts they take at least 30 mins to find my parts I need at max I’m waiting upwards of an hour. I ordered something around 12pm and they said it would be in will call the next morning. Got to will call at 8:30 spent 45 mins waiting for the part and they can’t find it. They then tell me it got lost in transit somehow and no more in town. I have been disappointed every single time I’ve come to get parts do something about it please"
