LL Flooring 14015 East Exposition Avenue, Aurora, CO 80012

"It is highly disappointing that LL flooring in Aurora continues to not follow up on their promises to their customers. I have attempted to reach out multiple times to the store manager and anybody above the store. I was given the name Barbara and an email address and I have sent multiple emails, called the store and I kept being told that someone would follow up with this issues but no one has yet to for almost 2 months now... I paid in full back in at the start of December and was promised that it would be done in a certain timeframe but every single items took much longer then promised. The day of the installation comes and they are missing items that morning after confirming the week before that they have everything needed to start. That morning I called the Aurora location and informed that that items were missing and their response was that I would personally have to drive from Aurora to Thornton CO and pick-up and pay for those items separately also.... However, they did say that they would compensate me for this issue but to no surprise, no one has reached out to me about this even though i have made multiple attempts. I feel that since they received the money that they no longer feel the need to help their customers."

"I like shopping here a little bit more when it was Lumber liquidators. It seemed like their prices were a little bit better. However the service at this location was excellent the guy helped us as much as he possibly could with little knowledge that I had. Even followed up to see if I was still interested. I ended up getting floors elsewhere mostly because of the price and some of the floors that I was interested in did not include underlayment. But I will always consider shopping here it's on my new flooring just in case to have something I want on sale. Thanks again for the great service"
