"The uniformed security guard on duty today 10-31-23 is definitely somebody who takes his job to his head and at the same time makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience.. This morning I contacted the head clerk named Aaron and let him know that I was going to go retrieve some items that were left behind days prior (1 pkg eggs and 1 bag of frozen Kroger potato potatoes). I arrived at the store I went to stand in line at the pharmacy, but there was a long line. Instead, I went to go retrieve my items that were left behind. As I was getting the items, the security guard was following me. The guard then followed me to the pharmacy, acting strange, going up and down aisles that were empty looking at me as I waited to be called. I then finished my business and walked out, looked back and this guard with cheap tactical gear and a bulletproof vest followed me out to my vehicle. I opened my rear hatch to my SUV, I got in to my vehicle, and this weirdo took pictures of my vehicle. I was then going to ask him what his problem was, but he rushed inside as I caught him by the front entrance as I was making a left turn. He waved to me and smirked really weird. I immediately Call the store and asked for a store manager there was not one available. I will definitely escalate this to a general manager or corporate. I get that there is a lot of problems with Retail theft, etc. but for this person to be acting like that with me with no valid basis and with him watching every movement I made should’ve clarified to him that I was not doing anything wrong and is very uncalled for.. My opinion is this person was bias he was a white, younger guy that was obsessed with his job and sees a Hispanic Man tries to practice his power trips.. He will not get far with this because I am not the one to put up with behavior like this, He will definitely get feedback from my experience and hopefully he could get better trained so the next person doesn’t feel annoyed and pissed off that this happened to them . Totally unacceptable by far…… Even if he did have any concern or questions, he could’ve simply asked me plenty of times, and I would’ve put him in his place then I’m sure he does this to an array of other people!"

"Super uncool. This store has no heat for the last few days during a polar vortex with temperatures below freezing. Their employees are shivering in their winter coats while trying to work. A lot of those people are older and with flu viruses, cold, COVID going around and no sick pay- it's inhumane and irresponsible. Come on King Soopers have some love for your employees."

"I love this store. I usually shop very early in the morning when they open. Front end employees are very helpful, kind, and friendly. Many of them have been working here for a long time. On the rare occasion that I have had a problem here the managers have always been good listeners and problem solvers. They are very quick to apologize for any inconvenience. Customer service clerks are very knowledgeable and competent. DO NOT leave anything of value visible in your unattended vehicle in this parking lot! My car window was smashed out and my purse was stolen about 15 years ago at Christmas. I quickly ran back into the store after putting my groceries in my car. I needed to go to the bathroom urgently - and was not thinking when I threw my purse in my minivan and ran inside. By the time I returned to my car within 5 to 10 minutes my car was broken into. I was parked by the bus stop at the West end of the lot. Lakewood Police speculated an individual standing at the bus stop may have observed my actions, and perpetrated the theft. They finger printed my car without success. I was shocked - because Belmar was a more affluent neighborhood within the community. I didn't expect that in this area of the city. BEWARE!!!"

"I have never liked this parking lot ever! It is dangerous and the cars drive way too fast! There are too many businesses crammed in here and people use this parking lit as a cut through. Please fix this issue! The store is good though and the little clinic is in here as well.."

"I'm writing this as I'm in line of the customer service. There are four potential services lines of all working registers. Only one person is working while there are three other supervisors are just standing staring at us while there's 10 people in line. We've been here for 15 minutes. Management here is lazy as hell as usual. Like do something so this poor woman isn't alone doing it all."
