"Best taco spot in Denver! So much more than just authentic, legit tacos. The quesabirria, s'mores horchata, crispy quesadillas, and ranchito bowls are out of this world! If you're near north broadway, stop eating Torchy's immediately. This is your next dinner out. Papa Rib eye (Potatoe cooked on the grill with cheese, butter and any protein of your choice) Quesabirria (Corn tortilla and Flour tortilla) Tacos (Pastor, Pollo, Calabacita-Corn, Camaron, Arrachera). Pastor: Marinated pork loin with pineaple Pollo Asado: Tasty roasted chicken breast with our Sinaloa style marinated recipe Calabacita+Elote: Vegetarian- tasty mixture of zucchini and sauteed corn kernels served on a corn tortilla. Camarón: Baja Style fried shrimp tosed in a light beer batter and top it with sriracha sauce. Arrachera: Juicy Charcoal arrachera flap sirloin Angus. Ranchito Bowl (Pinto beans, served with a cheese combination, salsa pico and meat of your choice). ‍Quesadilla Especial (Crunchy quesadilla cooked on the grill with cheese and meat of your choice). : Elote Nacho Libre (Street style Mexican corn with mayo, Cotija cheese and chili powder) and Esquites (Corn kernels adorned with mayo, Cotija cheese and chili powder). Fresh Waters Horchata Pineapple Watermelon Drinks Pastor Margarita: (A fiery blend of dried red chili-infused Jimador tequila, agave syrup, lime, triple sec and natural pineapple juice) La Tóxica: (Tequila Jimador Blanco, watermelon juice, fresh lime, jalapeño, agave). "Great food and delicious tacos. The dressing bar for tacos is a nice addition where you dress it up however you want. Cool selection of spicy salsas. Mezcal Margarita was really tasty definitely recommend that with the tacos!!!!"

"This is an absolutely amazing restaurant for our community. It started with some of the most amazing staff. Everyone from the front counter and bar to the back of the house are so friendly and showing they truly do care about the experience given to us the customers. They are great about explaining their food with alway great recommendations. They are a counter order style restaurant. You find a seat and the food come quickly with a nice toppings bar to customize their amazing canvas of options. I have had probably half the menu and would order again. Full service bar so plan on hanging out for a bit. This will continue to be on of my favorite spots in town. Thank you to Cabrón Cabrón staff for the great experience every time I come in."

"Ok I really don't want to write review because it's my favorite place to go for amazing tacos and environment but I want to share this place with people who will appreciate it as much as I do! I drive to Denver once a no the and make this my first stop! The tacos are authentic and made fresh to order. The smells are undeniable and the staff are so amazing and helpful. They are truly the best part of the experience! I live the variety of tacos and the salsa bar is ready for all to enjoy you own level of heat. The drinks are amazing and sometimes to beautiful to drink but I know they tats good so I always dig in."
