"Fantastic place to watch the eclipse. Great tour of all of the arches around town too! Places I wouldn't have been able to find myself. Campsites are not super well defined, so it seems like you can set up a tent anywhere"

"This was a great place to Rv while we explored Aztec.. Jonathan is very kind and helpful. He has water . This worked well for or self contained RV. I also noticed lots of nice tent camping. with porta potty. We did the Durango to Silverton train ride. Seen Aztec ruins and some arches and viewed eclipse . Would stay again!"

"This was an excellent campground! We had a group of 16 friends over two sites and we loved the site. The views of the surrounding country were stunning, we could see for over 50 miles. Johnathan was a gracious host, making himself available to us, and we did an arched tour with him (totally worth it). His brown dog, Twix, was the biggest sweetheart and spent most of her time with us. We would absolutely come back here again! Only downsides; there were very few portopotties and the potable water was a decent walk away. Neither were a huge deal though."
