"Do not rent from this company, as well as give them your hard earned money, they will never fix anything if you’re in communication with them, I did a 60 day notice and will not be getting my deposit back. States that flooring needs replaced as far as I know it’s only a little part of the flooring that needs replaced. They also stated that after a year, we could own the trailer and start paying $300 a month just for the lot when it came closer to that year stated that we had to fill out application to get approved first and that we had to have a three-year work history as well as a score above 620 Had spent $15,000 on rent they are micromanaging people so just rent from them at all they are liars."

"Be careful of their lies. Do not fill their account with your hard earned money. Before I filled out the application to rent a home. I asked them if rental history plays a factor in determining me being approve. The told me that criminal background only mattered and not rental. But after I paid them for the background check. I was told that my criminal background is of course clean. But my pass rental history was the reason I was turned down. They just wanted that background check fee."

"Very true about management and micro-managing everything. Also makes it very difficult to pay rent because website doesn't work properly. Management does not try to fix the problem but gives citations if rent is late or mailed in. We've fought with them for over a year with web payments they insist on. Very frustrating. Would not recommend anyone to have to live here!"
