"Well, this place needs to learn how to communicate. Three of my sessions didn't happen--2 because of weather, and 1 because of the virus. I've emailed twice about make-up sessions-Heather S.-and have gotten crickets. No apology, offer to make up, offer for a partial refund! If I was still in the Army, it might be court martial time (or at least an Article 15!). That said I really enjoyed my lessons with Randy R. and Christina W. Very talented and kind people. Don't think I'll sign up again, as of now."
