"I was really disappointed in this company. I hired them to re-level my deck. It required replacement or three wood posts. The original posts were still in good shape but not tall enough for the re-level. The posts they installed looked terrible. They were cracked from top to bottom and a red tone that didn’t match the deck. I expressed concerns, before, during and after. They agreed to replace one before install but the replacement was just as bad. Each time I expressed concern via text, phone or email it was ignored or met with ‘they are structurally fine’ or silence. Alan told me that they were not cosmetic grade and I agreed to that. He also said I approved the install. Sadly, not true. I just gave up because he would not budge or take my concerns seriously. Not the same as an approval or being happy with the work. I understand wood cracks and that it is a normal part of the drying process but was so disappointed to see them install something new that was worse than the cosmetic quality of what I had. Every time I look at it I feel like I was ripped off. I expressed concern again recently that it looked terrible and was told that I approved it and would have to pay for the new posts. Be careful. I would not use them again or recommend."

"In the winter of 2020 I contacted Colorado Deck and landscape to build pavers, a fire pit, and a pergola. Joe came out within a week and provided great service. While other contractors typically send less experience representatives, it was refreshing to work directly with the owner Joe who is extremely knowledgable. I was attracted to the quality of work of CD&L and I wasn't disappointed. The project started March 2021 and went through about May. The crew was extremely professional and I can't say enough good things about Trevor, Mason, and Devon. The attention to detail was fantastic and I was happy with the final product. I added pictures for reference. Additionally, 3 months after the project was complete I noticed some minor issues (sprinkler heads misfiring & slight imperfection in the pavers) and I called CD&L to fix the issues. Without any delay they came out and fixed the problems and didn't charge me a dime. Superior service. At the end of the project I noticed the final bill didn't match my records in terms of what was being charged. I sent an email to Joe about it and he concurred that my financial figures were correct and he updated the invoice and we were all square. Again, it was a very easy process and a highly recommend Colorado Deck & Landscape"
