Reviews
"I went to the wrong desk and Abbey was by herself at the Pro desk. She took the time to help me even though I was not a "Pro". She was very helpful in getting my order to me even though she could have just sent me to the customer service desk, where I should have been. Her help and kindness were very much appreciated."
"People at the counter were excellent! The store is huge so it can be a bit hard to find things. Could possibly use a few more people on the floor to answer questions. But over all really good store."
"Went to go get a key made today. No one near the station. I asked for the cashier to send someone for assistance. Three different people had to call for someone, even though there were four or five people just standing by self checkout having the time of their life laughing out up instead of walking ten feet to help me and one other person. Are you telling me only one person in the entire store can use the machine? Ridiculous."
"Next time you want to shut down the computer in seft check out, would be courtesy and common sense to let the customers know they will not be able to process their orders and then stand there and tell him you can't do anything for him is even better. I know your hourly but some of us lose money standing there waiting to do nothing. Little customer service goes a long ways in this world."
"The customer service is almost non-existent here. You can't get help finding things, returning things, or most anything without a hassle. One guy that worked there couldn't tell me where anything I needed was(certain screws), but then insulted me, saying I should get out of his way and that I should know where it was. Although it is a convenient location. If you need no help with anything then you can make it out of here ok."
