"This Ace Hardware location is the larger of two in the area. Employees have been great when I lived in Denver, CO. until 2019 when I moved to Minnesota. The store itself is older, but has some historical charm to it and unless you're in your 60s would understand what I mean."

"Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I thought I was going to have to replace a mortise lock (a very expensive proposition), but I brought in all the components and confirmed it was still functional and in need of threadlock to keep the set screw from turning. A pleasant 30 minutes of trouble shooting saved upwards of $400. I keep coming back because of this kind of service."
